Repower Electric Supply – Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In original packaging with all labels intact

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-built or personalized products

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return:

If approved, we will send detailed return instructions

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Repower Electric Supply is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us via our Contact Us page to request an exchange. Photos may be required to verify the issue.
7. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returns. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
8. Return Abuse
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if we suspect policy abuse or repeated return behavior not in good faith.
9. Changes to This Policy
Repower Electric Supply may update this return policy at any time. Revisions will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
