Repower Electric Supply – Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Repower Electric Supply ("we," "our," or "us") warrants that all electrical products sold — including but not limited to circuit breakers, bus plugs, fuses, and related components — are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty applies to both new and professionally reconditioned products.
2. Warranty Period

New Products: 12 months from the date of purchase

Reconditioned Products: 12 months from the date of purchase
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper installation.

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or servicing by unapproved personnel.

Damage caused by external events such as electrical surges, natural disasters, or shipping mishandling.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic defects that do not impact functionality.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a claim:

Contact us through our Contact Us page or email with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Include a copy of your proof of purchase and any relevant product details.

If the claim is approved, we will provide return instructions for the defective item.
5. Remedies
If your product qualifies under this warranty, we will, at our sole discretion:

Repair the product

Replace it with a similar or equivalent item

Refund the original purchase price
6. Limitation of Liability
Repower Electric Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated above.
7. Non-Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
