Repower Electric Supply – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will contact you directly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are also provided during checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customs clearance may cause delays that extend beyond the original delivery estimates.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Repower Electric Supply is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred during or after shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend consulting your country’s customs office for details prior to placing an order.
6. Damages During Shipping
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive damaged items, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging and damaged goods for the claim process.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Some items may be restricted from shipment to certain regions due to local regulations. If such a restriction applies, we will notify you before shipping.
8. Changes to This Policy
Repower Electric Supply reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect upon publication.
